Thanks for the pics. I like knowing where you are and being able to visualize you in that environment. It makes feel closer to you and your life's comings and goings. Can I email you at your address or is this the best way for now. We love you. Riva wrote me 2 very nice emails and we talked on the phone. We miss you very much. Love, Mama

Yeah I'm glad we can get a sense of where you're living. For me, personally, it looks too cold but I know you prefer the chilly temperature you hot-blooded creature :) And yeah your mom and I have been helping each other get through missing you. (Hi Amy! Thanks for everything). We love you lots and are thinking of you every day. Can't wait to see you again. Love, Riva

Opaun,

Good thing you didn't move into that other dorm. That thing is the bastard child of Stalin and Le Corbusier. Have fun teaching those little Russian kids some John Meany style debate.

ciao,

Grant.

Um... That's not snow. That's the nasty wet crap ("slyakot'") that comes down from the sky at the end of autumn specifically to piss you off. I hate it.

Everything looks so cold and gray. As long as you're getting what you need out of the experience, I'm happy for you. Other than that, it looks like you live in a slushy metropolitain hell.
