I'm sure every blogger's going to have something to say about this, and I'm no exception. Saddam's capture is some of the best news I've heard in a long time. I'm especially glad we got him alive. We get to try him.
He's looks so awful in the pictures I've seen, I almost feel sorry for the guy. He doesn't seem like the same person we'd gotten used to seeing.
Apparently people are going nuts in the streets of Iraq. Good, they should be. I don't have access to any tv news, so I can't see pictures. I missed the fall of the statue, and I miss his capture as well. No luck.
I told some of the people here, and of course they all looked depressed. I just don't understand how anyone could actually support him. I'm late for a dinner appointment, but I'll write more on the reaction over here as it develops.

Apparently, U.S. officials haven't decided when they're going to turn him over to the Iraqi people for trial. I'm sure that when they do, he's in for it.
I don't feel sorry for him though.
OORAH!
